For security reasons, they are not permanently accessible online after completion of the order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 Prices and Payment <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All prices are stated in\u202fCHF\u202fand include Swiss value\u2011added tax\u202f(MWST).<\/p>\n<p>Any shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.<\/p>\n<p>Accepted payment methods are:<br \/>\nPrepayment (bank transfer),\u202fTWINT,\u202fPayPal,\u202fand credit card\u202f(Visa,\u202fMastercard,\u202fAmerican\u202fExpress).<br \/>\nFor prepayment, the purchaser undertakes to transfer the full amount immediately after conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4 Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise indicated in the product description, all items offered are ready for dispatch.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery is made <strong>within\u202f4\u202fworking days<\/strong> after receipt of payment and <strong>exclusively within Switzerland<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 Retention of title<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The goods remain the property of <strong>Basler\u202fCompany\u202fAG<\/strong> until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>6 Voluntary Right of Return (14\u202fDays) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customers have the option to return products within **14\u202fdays** of receipt as a **voluntary goodwill return right**.<br \/>\nThis right applies exclusively to purchases made through the online shop\u202fwww.word\u2011clock.ch\u202fand is offered as a gesture of goodwill, not as a statutory right.<\/p>\n<p>To initiate a return, please inform the Seller within the\u202f14\u2011day\u202fperiod by\u202femail\u202for\u202fin\u202fwriting at:<\/p>\n<p>Basler Company AG<br \/>\nLinerhofstrasse 3<br \/>\n9032 Engelburg, Switzerland<br \/>\nE-mail: info@word-clock.ch<\/p>\n<p>Returned goods must be complete, undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging, including all accessories.<br \/>\nDamage or signs of improper handling (e.g. ignoring the user instructions) exclude the possibility of return.
