Manufacturer’s Warranty

A manufacturer’s warranty is provided by build‑yours UG (haftungsbeschränkt) for all WordClock products manufactured by build‑yours UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and sold in Switzerland by Basler Company AG or its authorized Swiss resellers

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from delivery to the end customer, unless a longer period is required by law.

In the event of a valid claim, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product.
The cost of repair or replacement is borne by the manufacturer.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
– Damage or failure caused by improper use or installation
– Damage due to transport, external influences (moisture, impact, heat, etc.) or incorrect voltage
– Normal wear and tear

Service within Switzerland

As the official distributor, Basler Company AG handles warranty and service cases for products purchased through Basler Company AG or its authorized Swiss resellers.
Products imported to Switzerland through other channels are excluded from this service.

Customers must provide a proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note) and a brief description of the defect.

Statutory Rights

This manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Swiss law (Articles 197 et seq. Swiss Code of Obligations).
